Brand Marketers will always talk about a brands equity, it’s values, & the what is espouses. Funny thing is, for years, it was all about being talked at versus talk to. With Social Media, now consumers want a real relationship. They want you to talk back. It can be a scarry learning, especially if you are out of touch or not very social.
