I wanted to update some more of the players in the moblie food space, that use food trucks and Twitter, to send out their location, get ideas, and communicate with their customers. Since I last covered the subject at the end of May (I discussed Kogi in LA & Cupcakestop in NYC), more players have come up on my radar.

Thanks for the heads up. I will follow. I am ex-Tulane alum & love this movement. So much great food in Nola, I think you get some other kind of food truck & park it outside the Boot on weekend or some hot spots & business would be good. Some of my fav’s would be an Igor’s Bloody Mary truck, Cafe Du Monde, Martin’s Wine Cellar, Jacque Imo’s, & Domilise’s would also be awesome.
